Supportive Partner - Online Workshop

This 2-hour live online workshop is designed for birth partners who want to feel confident, calm, and capable during labour and birth. Whether you’re a partner, friend, or family member, this session gives you the tools and understanding to offer truly meaningful support throughout the birth experience.

Led by an experienced doula, the workshop covers what to expect during labour, how to recognise key stages, and how to respond in ways that help the birthing person feel safe and supported. You’ll learn what to say, do, and bring, along with hands-on comfort measures, positioning, and practical techniques to ease pain and tension.

We’ll also explore how to prepare your home or hospital environment to make it calm and comforting, and how to work as a team with birth professionals so everyone feels supported and informed.

Held in a small, friendly group setting via Zoom, there’s plenty of time for open conversation and questions.

By the end, you’ll feel informed, grounded, and ready to be the calm, confident presence your loved one needs.
